Prince of Viana Prize for

Service to Dependent People 2011

The Prince of Viana International Prize for Service to Dependent People, awarded by the Government of Navarre and Caja Navarra to recognise people or entities that have carried out significant research or innovative practices relating to the care of dependent people, the promotion of personal autonomy and the prevention of the causes of dependency.

The Prize awards €40,000. Submission deadline is February 11, 2011. Prize winners undertake to attend the award-giving ceremony, to be held in Navarra, Spain.

Submissions in favour of third parties are eligible from public institutions (Governments, Ministries, Town Councils, Universities, Embassies, Consulates, etc.) as well as legal entities, both private and public, from any country.
